Sunset & Rainbow

For Goethe colours emerged when light and shadow met. The sunset in this image shows exactly that, through the end of the day and the beginning of the night.

That movement happens also with The rainbow which is a bridge between our world and the Divine world. Just like the Bifröst bridge in Norse mythology which connects Midgard to Asgard.

This is because the colours present in the rainbow and that we see in the natural world have a specific meaning. The way we see and experience them says about the state of our soul.

With this information and with art therapy exercises, some aspects are deepened such as soul qualities, memory, will, fear, health and others.
