Emotional Management
This is a therapy in which the process is developed through the use of artistic materials as a tool for connecting the individual with the internal and external world.
In my art therapy sessions, emotional management, trauma and blockages are worked on and the path of self-encounter is defined.
There is a deep understanding of the uniqueness of each human being and their experiences, thus honouring the path of each soul.
My Approach
I have my own art therapy method, in which in addition to art therapy techniques and materials, I also bring other areas of study to the sessions, such as the theory of colours, systemic therapy, body and somatic awareness, anthroposophy and others.
What happens during an art therapy session?
You bring your story and what is most challenging for you and together, in a place of trust, we will explore with the various tools that are suitable for you at that moment, in order to bring you lightness, awareness and therapeutic resources for your path.
The session results in a movement between the conscious and the unconscious. It's a complex and profound therapeutic process.
