Introduction to Family Constellations
This course offers an introduction to the foundations of Family Constellations, including its origins, Bert Hellinger and the development of the approach, the importance of the family system, systemic principles, the laws of love and the use of symbols and constellation-based exercises.
The course combines theoretical knowledge with practical systemic exercises, allowing you to explore the concepts not only intellectually but also through direct experience and observation.
Creative Coaching — Foundations
This course introduces the foundations of my approach to Creative Coaching, informed by my study of art psychotherapy and anthroposophical art therapy. It explores how creative processes can be used as a way of developing self-expression, observation, reflection and awareness.
The course brings together artistic and creative processes with perspectives on colour, body awareness, systemic approaches and personal reflection.
The course is suitable for those who would like to understand and develop a creative approach to personal exploration, whether for their own practice or as a foundation for greater awareness.
