IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE
In the Art Encounters, I bring together different areas of my practice, including creative processes, artistic expression, body and somatic awareness, Anthroposophy, systemic approaches and group dynamics.
Some of the exercises are informed by Family Constellations, while others come from my exploration of colour, perception, the body and different artistic approaches.
Each encounter is developed around a specific theme and combines creative exercises, conversation, movement, sensory exploration and systemic practices. The aim is to create an immersive space where participants can explore personal experiences from different perspectives and discover new forms of expression and awareness.
These encounters bring together the different areas of my work into a format that I have developed for groups.

THE SENSORY JOURNEY
My own developed method and created for a group setting, it is inspired by Anthroposophy and Rudolf Steiner's understanding of the twelve senses. I created The Sensory Journey as a series of Art Encounters exploring the relationship between perception, body awareness, emotion, memory and personal experience.
It invites participants to explore different ways of perceiving themselves and the world around them. Each encounter focuses on a particular sense and uses artistic materials, sensory experiences, body awareness, reflection and systemic exercises to explore what emerges through the process.
